Definitions and Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement, in accordance with applicable laws, for all persons using the mmkjili platform (https://mmkjili.im). By accessing this platform, opening an account, or using the services, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must stop using this platform. mmkjili reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

Account Opening and Management

2.1 — Account Registration Requirements

To open an account at mmkjili, the following requirements must be met—

• Must register with your real personal information
• Each person may open only one account; opening more than one account with the same personal details is not permitted
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay account only

2.2 — Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. mmkjili accepts no responsibility for any unauthorised access, financial losses, or inappropriate activity that occurs on your account. Any suspicious activity must be reported to support immediately.

2.3 — Account Suspension

mmkjili reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• When there is clear evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions
• When unusual payments or suspected fraud are detected
• When multiple accounts opened by the same person are found
• When intentional bonus abuse is detected

Deposit / Withdrawal Rules

3.1 — Deposits

Supported deposit methods at mmkjili are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit per transaction is 5,000 Ks, and funds will be reflected in your gaming account immediately after deposit.

3.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour. Funds will only be returned to the same personal payment account used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

To withdraw a balance that includes bonus funds, you must first complete the required wagering requirement.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

4.1 — First Deposit Bonus

mmkjili offers a 120% bonus on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 24,000 Ks bonus → balance 44,000 Ks → wager 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks to withdraw
• Deposit 520,000 Ks → receive 300,000 Ks bonus → balance 820,000 Ks → wager 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks to withdraw

4.2 — Bonus Terms

mmkjili reserves the right to modify bonus policies without prior notice. If intentional bonus abuse or exploitation of the platform is detected, mmkjili reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings. Each bonus can only be claimed once per person.

4.3 — VIP Tier Cashback

The mmkjili VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. VIP tier placement is determined by the platform based on your play history and activity.

Gaming Rules

5.1 — Fair Play

mmkjili uses SSL encryption and secure technology to ensure fair game outcomes. Players are not allowed to use software cheats, bots, or any method that could affect game results.

5.2 — Non-refundable Bets

Bets that have already been placed in Crash Games, Slots and Live Casino games cannot be cancelled. If a game is interrupted due to network failure, server outage, or a problem with the player's device, mmkjili will make a decision based on the outcome recorded in the system at the time.

5.3 — Football Betting

For football betting, match results are officially confirmed by mmkjili through its own recording system. In the event of match cancellations, postponements, or result changes due to pitch conditions, mmkjili's decision is considered final.

Prohibited Actions

Players must avoid the following actions when using this platform —

• Registering an account using another person's personal information
• Making deposits or withdrawals with the intent of money laundering
• Using computer bots or automated software to access the service
• Colluding with other players to unfairly maximise bonus claims
• Hacking the platform's server or software
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods
• Harassing mmkjili customer service staff for reasons unrelated to account issues

If any of the above violations are found, the relevant balance will be voided and the account may be suspended.
